چکیده
Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is one of the most aggressive tumor human body and has morphological features cancers with epithelial-mesenchymal transformation (EMT). The aim our study to improve for SCLC course prediction based on researching EMT stem cells phenotype at molecular-biological level. prognostic significance pancytokeratin, vimentin, E-cadherin N-cadherin expression, stage expression CD44 overall survival their influence spread were established. It was proved that presence associated extensive forms (p < 0.01), patients depended 0.01) its 0.01).

Clinicopathological Features of Patients with Non-small-cell Lung Cancer in West of Iran
Background: Lung cancer is the most common cause of cancer death worldwide with an annual mortality rate of more than 1.3 million worldwide. We aimed to analyze the clinicopathological features of patients with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in west of Iran. Methods: 64 patients with NSCLC who referred to our clinic were analyzed. Sex, age, histopathology, location of the tumor, treatment,...
متن کاملcompactifications and representations of transformation semigroups
this thesis deals essentially (but not from all aspects) with the extension of the notion of semigroup compactification and the construction of a general theory of semitopological nonaffine (affine) transformation semigroup compactifications. it determines those compactification which are universal with respect to some algebric or topological properties. as an application of the theory, it is i...

BACKGROUND Multiple congenital melanocytic naevi (CMN) in one individual are caused by somatic mosaicism for NRAS mutations; however, the lineage of the mutated cells remains uncertain. OBJECTIVES To test the hypothesis that CMN may be derived from cutaneous stem cells. METHODS Sixty-six CMN samples from 44 patients were stained for immunohistochemical (IHC) markers of melanocytic different...
متن کاملEvaluation of Immunohistochemical Findings and Clinical Features associated with Local Aggressiveness in Basal Cell Carcinoma
Background & Objective:Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is classified into BCC1 or low risk (nodular, superficial type) and BCC2 or high risk (micronodular, morpheaform, infiltrative, and basosquamous types) based on clinical behavior. This study attempts to evaluate immunohistochemical (IHC) findings and clinical features associated with local aggressiveness and recurrence ...
متن کاملImmunohistochemical Analysis of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer: Correlation with Clinical Parameters and Prognosis
Non-small cell lung cancers (NSCLC) vary in their biologic behavior. Recurrence and tumor-related mortality may be attributable to molecular abnormalities in primary tumors. This study evaluated such immunophenotypes with regard to cell cycle regulation and proliferation, apoptosis, and angiogenesis, to determine their significance for patient outcome. Core biopsies from 219 patients with NSCLC...
